Pain Killer

Coconut milk, pineapple, orange juice, pomegranate, rum

Fish House Punch

In shaker put 1oz. Meyer's Dark, 1oz peach brandy, 1oz brandy, 1oz Benedictine, 1/2oz Lemon Juice, bar spoon sugar. Shake well. Pour over ice in 15oz glass. Top with charged water.

Zombie

In shaker put 2oz Matuselem Plata, 1oz Meyer's Dark, 1 dash absinthe, 1/2oz passion fruit puree, 1oz orange, 1/2oz lemon, 1oz grenadine, sugar. Shake vigorously. Pour in 15oz glass. Top with charged water.

La Florida Rum Daisy

In glass of crushed ice, add ingredients in order. 2 dashes bitters, 1/2oz yellow chartreuse, 2oz Matuselem Plata, lemon peel, sugar.

Crusher

Crush ice with frozen pineapple puree puck. Put into cocktail glass. Over this pour 1oz canton, 1oz 10 cane rum, 1oz Russel's Reserve rye, splash of lime juice. Dash of bitters.

Dark and Stormy

Goslings' Black Seal 2oz, ginger beer top
Lime 4 wedges,crushed ice
Limes muddled, ice crushed, rum added, ginger beer topped

Pina Colada

In pint glass add 1 1/2oz rum and pina colada mix. Shake briefly. Serve.

Avocado Daquiri

Mash 1 1/2 frozen avocado-lime puree puck in shaker.
Add 2oz light rum. Shake well and pour into cocktail glass. Cocoa rim.

Grog

Pour Grog from barrel or jar into copper mug over ice. Top off with lighter tap beer

Pikaki

Put into shaker with ice, piece of pineapple, 1/2oz raspberry syrup, 1/2oz lemon juice, 1oz orange juice, 2oz Meyer's Amber. Stir and pour into glass with ice.

Mofuco

In shaker add 2oz rum, 1oz sugar syrup, lemon twist, one egg, ice.
Shake vigorously. Pour into glass with ice.

Ti Punch

In glass add 2oz Plantation 5 Yr Rum, squeeze one end of lime, 1/2oz cane syrup, 1 dash bitters. Add ice into glass.

Wine Cup

In wine glass, lightly muddle orange slice, lemon slice, mint sprig. Add 1oz Meyer's Amber rum, 1/2oz Peach Brandy. Fill with ice. Add 3oz Chenin Blanc.

Jeemes Dean

In shaker add lemon twist, 2 1/2oz gin, 1/2oz Parfait Amour, 1/2 tsp. simple syrup. Shake and pour into cocktail glass with three bruised mint leaves.

Classic Manhattan

2 1/2oz Johnny Drum Bourbon, 1oz Giusepe b Carpano Sweet vermouth, dash bitters. Shake and pour into cocktail glass, Garnish with two Luxardo cherries.

Classic Old-Fashioned

Made with forty creek whiskey and Luxardo cherries.

J Maye

1oz Kettle One Citron, 1oz X Rated Fusion, 1oz Peach Schnapps, squeeze of sour. Shake and serve up.

Hubbard

Right Gin 2oz, Lillet Blanc 1oz,
Dash Pimm's, fresh lemon juice squeeze,
Shaken up, garnished

Milwaukee

2 1/2oz Bacon Vodka, 1oz dill reduction, 2 dashes hot sauce
Shake and serve up, garnish with cornichon

Blind Chai

Triple espresso vodka, Irish Cream, chai mix, shake, serve up. Three coffee beans.

The Prufrock

Pear vodka 1oz, Plymouth Gin, 1oz
Green Chartreuse 1oz, lime juice 1oz
Shaken up

Mint Julep

Use the palm of your hand to lightly muddle four Kentucky mint leaves. Put in glass with 3/4oz simple syrup. Add crushed ice. Pour in 2 1/2oz bourbon. Garnish with mint.

Singapore Sling

Mix in shaker, 2oz Rehorst gin, 1 bar spoon caster sugar, juice of lemon, Pour into glass. Top with soda water. Float cherry brandy on top.

Ramos Fizz

Prepare glass by filling it with ice. In large shaker add 2oz gin, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp. sugar, egg white, 1oz cream, 3 drops orange flower water, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla. Shake hard for a long time. Your hands will begin to stick the glass. Dump out ice from glass and pour. Finish with charged water. Garnish with orange slice.

Pisco Sour

Prepare glass with ice. In shaker add 2oz Pisco, egg white, 1oz sour mix, juice of half a lemon. Shake hard for long time. Dump out ice and pour.

Sazerac

Sazerac Rye Whiskey, 2oz Peychaud's Bitters 2 dashes, 1oz simple syrup
Shaken and poured in prepared glass Absinthe rim the glass
Lemon twist

Caipirinha

Muddled Lime 4 wedges, Cachaca 2oz, Sugar Cane Syrup 1oz Mixed in glass.
Ice added, briefly shaken
