Founded on passion, we and our family are proud to offer food, service, and experiences without rules or boundaries.
Our menu celebrates all seasons, different cultures, and fresh foods with a progressive flair. We believe the best tasting foods are whole foods grown ecologically and respectfully. Everything is made from scratch with the same love and care we show in selecting our ingredients.
We believe in supporting sustainable agriculture as well as aquaculture. All of our meats are naturally raised. Our fish is sashimi grade, wild caught, flown in whole, and filleted here to ensure freshness. A large quantity of our vegetables are grown in Wisconsin, and we are proud to support as many local farmers as possible.
Your experience at Roots may take a little longer than typical restaurants. However, sit back, relax, and take this time to discover something new and different on your plate. Please do not hesitate to ask your knowledgeable server about anything with which you are not familiar.
If you have no choice and are not able to get away from the hustle and bustle of our world, please let your server know, and we will try to accommodate the timing as best we can.
