Fueled by our love for the art of food, we are proud to offer quality fare with exceptional service. Our progressive menus highlight the best of all seasons and different cultures, creating a special experience each time you join us.
Our family believes the best tasting foods are whole foods grown ecologically and respectfully. Sustainable agriculture and aquaculture are our some of our strongest values. Our meats are naturally raised, our fish sashimi grade. Filleted onsite to ensure freshness, our fish are only wild caught and flown in whole. As many of our vegetables as possible are grown in Wisconsin, many of which are from our own farm in Cedarburg. As Wisconsin’s only farmer-chef owned restaurant, we are proud to support as many local farmers as possible. Please believe that our menu items are made from scratch with the same love and care we show in selecting our ingredients.
Your one-of-a-kind experience at Roots may take a little longer than typical restaurants as we do so much to make your order as fresh as possible. Please sit back and relax over one of our hand-crafted cocktails, and take this time to discover something new and different on your plate.
