We humbly regret to inform you that we will no
longer be serving lunch during the
summer months at Roots.

It has been our pleasure serving you in
the past but we have made a difficult choice to
take a different path for the restaurant.  
The exciting news is that our new hours will be in effect

ALL YEAR ROUND.  

We look forward to serving you!

We are proud to offer food that doesn't forget its roots. Our menu celebrates the changing seasons by using the freshest ingredients available throughout the year. Everything is made from scratch with the same love and care we show in selecting the ingredients.

We believe whole foods taste the best and should be grown with respect and in an ecologically responsible way.

Roots supports sustainable agriculture as well as aquaculture. We are proud to purchase from as many local farmers as possible. A large quantity of our produce is grown locally, including many specialty items grown at our farm in Cedarburg.

Sit back, relax, and take time to discover something new and different on your plate. Ask your knowledgeable server about anything with which you are not familiar.
